DiliTrust connects all its modules to certified external e-signature providers through a single integration layer. This means you can use the provider of your choice — directly from within DiliTrust, across all modules.
E-signature is available on Board Portal, LEM, Data Room and CLM. Setup works differently depending on your module: Board Portal, LEM and Data Room share the same approach (each user connects their own provider independently), while CLM uses a tenant-wide configuration managed by an administrator.

✍ 3. DiliTrust Sign — our new native signature
DiliTrust Sign is our upcoming native e-signature solution, designed to make signing faster, simpler, and fully integrated into your DiliTrust workflows. No external provider account will be required, users will be able to launch and manage signature requests directly from DiliTrust. Full documentation will be available in Q3 2026, alongside the public rollout.
