AI-Powered Meeting Minutes

• Rafaella and Emanuele asked for ETA.

• JB confirmed it's prioritized for Q3, with a tentative release in early October.

Access Rights & NL Collaboration

• Emanuele raised urgency from client "NL" regarding meeting access rights.

• JB confirmed commitment for Q4. Exploration ongoing in Q3, and further client meetings are encouraged to refine needs.

2. Feature Requests and Client Scenarios

AI Extraction in LEM

• Anne Cathrine highlighted client expectations for auto-extraction in the LEM module, mirroring CLM functionality.

• Giacomo: Currently not on roadmap for 2025, but it's a recurring request under consideration.

• JB and Giacomo encouraged raising an Improvement Request (IR) for visibility and prioritization.

? Synchronization and Voting in Board Portal

• Rajeh Alajmi flagged issues while conducting demos:

  • Voting in agenda causing issues on iPad.

  • Synchronization across multiple devices (iPad + desktop) is lacking.

• JB: Will forward voting issue to Coline. Real-time collaboration is being explored but not fully supported yet.

• Recommendation: Share demo video to better assist.

3. Ascent Product Questions

DiliChat in Ascent

• Jack Sheekey inquired about delayed release of DiliChat in Ascent.

• No clear ETA from the product team; JB/Baptiste/Ludwig recommend checking with Dessa.

AI in Spend Management (Ascent)

• Jack highlighted a disconnect between promises and delivery.

• Aurelien stated it's part of long-term plans (possibly 2026).

• Concerns were acknowledged; escalations may be needed to prioritize.

4. Integrations and Legal Collaboration

Outlook Integration for Matter Management

• Salim raised client interest in email integration (similar to Gmail).

• Aurelien: Outlook support planned but not scheduled. Encourage client specifics for prioritization.

⚖️ External Law Firm Access

• Anne Cathrine discussed licensing/external access for law firms in Matter Management.

• Aurelien: Already possible via contributor role; permissions refinement expected later this quarter.
