Tobias secured a significant €82,000 contract encompassing Matter Management, Board Portal, and Entity Management solutions. Client feedback highlighted the product's intuitive user experience, drawing favorable comparisons to Google Suite's design philosophy.


Competitive Intelligence: Alaria

A new AI-powered competitor has emerged in the board management space. Alaria offers real-time AI assistance during board meetings, providing live insights and analysis. The solution has gained traction with notable clients including Salik, Etihad, and Etisalat. Yacine will gather intelligence from Mazdar's market experience to inform our strategic response.

Bruce provided updates on active opportunities in Board Portal and Entity Management segments. Infrastructure development includes establishing US-based data centers. The primary challenge involves competing against established registered agents CSC and CT Corp. Partnership opportunities with Rupali's team are being explored to enhance market penetration.


Localization Quality Concerns

Canadian clients have provided feedback indicating that the English UI feels mechanically translated rather than naturally written. Bruce will assign resources, potentially including training specialists, to conduct a comprehensive audit and refinement of English language implementation.


Governance Reporting Development

Development is underway for automated legal and governance reporting capabilities that integrate Board Portal and Entity data. This feature targets compliance requirements across Morocco, UAE, Canada, and Germany markets, with plans for global scalability and local regulatory awareness.
