1. HelloSign / Dropbox Sign Usage

• Topic: Integration of electronic signatures for Vindmine, a prospective client.

• Clarifications:

  • HelloSign (now Dropbox Sign) can still be offered through DiliTrust, free of charge, supporting standard and advanced signatures (but not qualified ones).

  • No client agreement with Dropbox needed; it’s covered under DiliTrust’s structure.

  • Mohamed will share the internal process and suggest including guidance in Freshdesk for visibility across Sales.

2. Entity Linkages for PE Funds & Foundations

• Issue: PE funds and foundations need flexible relationships between entities (without shareholding or voting rights).

• Resolution:

  • Tobias raised the need to reflect soft, non-participatory links in org charts.

  • Giacomo acknowledged the gap and asked for documentation (e.g., GMBH & Co KG).

  • A simplified ownership model (non-share based) is being developed, but it won’t fully meet this use case yet.

  • Tobias will follow up with an improvement request and background.

3. Whistleblower Use Case in ELM

• Request: Anonymous intake of whistleblower complaints.

• Current Limitation:

  • ELM is designed for internal request tracking, and each submission requires a defined reporter.

  • Full anonymity and external intake aren't supported.

• Workarounds Discussed:

  • Export/Import of Excel files or external data capture synced into ELM.

  • API-based intake from other tools is being considered for future roadmaps.

4. Roadmap Access & Filtering

• Feedback: Roadmap filtering by “missions” is confusing; module-based filtering preferred.

• Action: JB confirmed that modular filtering is a planned improvement this quarter.

• Additional Request: Include benefits/missions as optional tags rather than filters.

5. Pre-Built Reporting in LEM

• Use Case: Spanish companies require detailed shareholder reports for government registry.

• Feedback:

  • Current reporting is manual and complex.

  • A standardized, template-based report (e.g., HSR) would add great value.

• Product Response:

  • Baptiste and Giacomo confirmed plans to create a report library.

  • Not on the 2025 roadmap yet; suggestions welcome for templates.

6. Matter Management vs Litigation Module

• Discussion:

  • Matter Management is the future; Litigation is legacy (maintenance only).

  • Key gaps: lack of advanced reporting and filtering in Matter Management.

• Roadmap:

  • Export/filtering features coming soon.

  • No official “end of life” date for Litigation yet, but transition is encouraged.

7. Multi-Provider E-Signatures & Factor E-Signature

• Clarifications:

  • DiliTrust supports multiple signature providers at the tenant level.

  • Each user can only have one assigned provider (e.g., Adobe, DocuSign).

  • Factor Signature expected to be available by end of Q3 2025 (possibly Q4).

• LuxTrust: No current client usage reported; API payment complexity noted.

8. WebDAV for On-Prem Integration

• Issue: Aerospace/defense clients require non-Office 365 document workflows.

• Resolution:

  • WebDAV integration is done but not widely communicated.

  • Documentation exists in Freshdesk; demo environments are needed.

• Action Plan:

  • JB and team to work on “How to Sell It” materials alongside technical guides.

9. Communication & Documentation Gaps

• Multiple participants highlighted inefficiencies in accessing updates:

  • Too many information sources (Teams, Freshdesk, Confluence, etc.).

  • Need for consistent sales enablement materials.

• JB acknowledged the issue and committed to improving sales-product coordination this quarter.
