DiliTrust Sign allows you to send, sign and track documents electronically without leaving DiliTrust — and without setting up any external account or third-party subscription.

DiliTrust Sign is the right choice when:
- You need a quick, simple signing experience with no additional setup
- Your documents require a Simple Electronic Signature (SES) — which covers the vast majority of everyday business documents (contracts, NDAs, HR documents, board resolutions…)
- You want all document data to stay within the DiliTrust ecosystem
- Your signers are external — they do not need a DiliTrust account to sign
Use a third-party provider instead when your use case requires Advanced (AES) or Qualified (QES) signatures — for example, high-value contracts, regulated industries, or documents with specific legal requirements.

⭐ Certification level: Simple Electronic Signature (SES)
DiliTrust Sign operates at the SES level as defined by the EU eIDAS regulation. SES is the most widely used signature level and is legally valid for the large majority of commercial documents.
At the end of each completed workflow, DiliTrust Sign automatically generates a Certificate of Completion — the legal proof of signature, containing signer identity, timestamps, identification method, IP addresses and document integrity hash.
